I started running windows 3.1 in a virtual machine (for reasons better left unexplained for now) and started tooling around with good ol’ original Microsoft paint.

Having finished the drawing I then wanted to save it and get it outside of the box. However, many issues prevented me from doing so (up to and including not having any virtual floppy disks of virtual drivers for my virtual cd-rom). FRUSTRATION!

However, a bit of searching came up with this handy command for creating virtual floppies from scratch which can then be used within the virtual machines.
